The Horze World’s Finest Horse 2012 Winner is….
Qwency and rider Laurène Husté from France
We’ve talked to Laurène, who is ecstatic about her win! “I’m delighted to have won the competition! Of course, it didn’t come as a surprise, because to me, there is no doubt that my horse is the best in the world! Every horse is the most beautiful to his or her rider, that is for sure! I think that is what makes it such a special relationship. I can’t wait to get some beautiful new equipment from Horze to make him even more beautiful!” she said.

Our runner up was Maëva Diaz with Napoléon de Cosne.
Maëva Diaz has had Napoléon de Cosne for three years. “He is everything for me. He is the best horse I have ever known, and is truly perfect for me. Competing with him is great because we work as a team: I know him and he knows me. We have a mutual respect. Getting this far in the competition is great for us, because he is truly the most beautiful horse inside and out. It’s great for us that Horze have shared Napoléon’s beauty with the world through this competition.”

Our second runner up was Anna Sophie Quade from Germany with her horse, Pamina.

Pamina is a 12 year old Hanoverian, which Anna has part-owned since August 2011. “My horse is a delight. Whether riding at shows or wandering through the forest, he’s always in a beautiful mood and can even be quite cuddly sometimes. I feel we have an extra special bond, as we don’t just ride together, but learn tricks and can just sit together in the field.ll be able to show what a team can achieve, when treated as such and not “sports equipment. The best part about coming this far in the competition is to be able to demonstrate through our story that you should believe in yourself, your horse and in your dreams, come good or bad times.”
