this horse are going to be mine in 2 months, it is å gypse cob horse and i real think i have good use for cowboy magic.
i dont know her very wel yet. but she has a long trip ahead of her, i think it is 500 km. so i think that’s going to be tough for her, but she’s going to be fine i hope.

My little icelandic horse is the cutest ever! He is now 21 years old but act like an 5 yearold! He gives me kisses and stretch out his leg for a treat. In 5 years he had skin conditions, this year i have never seen him prettyer in his fur, so help him to look beautiful for a long time. :)

Mijn paard is ontzettend leuk. <3

  • Chloe Page

This is Chillie, he loves to smile! I taught him to smile because he was very mouthy when any food was near him, smiling gave him something to do before getting the food. He now smiles whenever i lift my hands… tying up my hair is hilarious! He never fails to make me smile! Love my smiley boy!

Hi! I’m the rider and groomer of a Drumhorse mare, named gorgeus Gorgie. She has a LOT og hair, and are often been photographed, and are performing in shows.
The other day I was riding her outside. She didn’t care about leaving the other horses in the stable, but when she saw her male owner, she was calling at him over the fields, he was far away:)

This is our 1 year old irish cob stallion called Silver Ghost. He is very clever and knows how to open all kind of gates and doors and knotted ropes. Once he was so polite to his friend Diana-the horse, he tried to open her gate to freedom her :) His personality is very kind and he likes to look good. He has allready very hairy legs (tufts in his legs) and his mane is quite long even his just one year old. I have to groom him every evening I take him into stable so hi will look good in the eyes of our mare. Help Silver Ghost to look the best ever to win all mares hearts (and this competition too) !

  • Roosa

She is my sweet girl, standardbred mare Heart Beat Lady. She can do over 30 trick. I have trained Lady myself, and she is amazing good at dressenge and showjumpin. In the near times, we are going to go endurance riding compedition!

My horse and I had a night out riding in a field that had just been harvested and I thought it had to be tested as I have not tried it before, so time was a bit much and it was fucking dark to put it bluntly! The field is adjacent to a road and ejg thought I would then try to have my first cutter on her. She believes the straw lying in stripes is dangerous so she do not know if she dares to go into it, but I have persuaded her and we ride around and ride down the other end of trot, back along I would of course like to she gallop and she does well also but she shaper’s not that I want her, she thought it is skdie dangerous to gallop in the dark when you can not see anything! And hugely dangerous when she could see that there was something they had forgotten to take with which sticks up and she runs just sideways, and jump a little and I’m thinking what the hell it is, but we come unscathed into the other end and take the trip even more who have b’hun so more speed up there along a she had the first time. My funniest and most friendliest moment with my horse!

Here’s is my horse Golden Destiny. A 4 year old Swiss sport horse. I have her since she was a foal! :)
The cutest thing EVER Destiny did, was that a day, while I was at the stable, I stand in front. Of her box. I was talking to a friend of mine. I was holding in my hand a ice tea brick with a straw. The brick was close to her mouth, and suddenly I realize she took the brick in her mouth and start to suck the ice tea inside! Of course the half of it went on the floor and I couldn’t star laughing at it. It was obviously the cutest moment ever! I from that day I knew that my horse is special, because she likes Ice-Tea, Ahah! :)

9 Years ago I bred a foal out of my shetlandpony. I named her Sissi and she was a really cute little filly with lots of power and a great character. When she was 1 year old, I gave her to a “friend”, sadly she sold her to another person without saying anything. So I lost sight of her. i was searching for her all the years and all i figured out, was , that the was sold again and again….In January 2013 I found her owner by a fortunate coincidence via facebook. I visited her and told her new owner, that I want her back if she dont want her anymore. I didnt want to lose sight of her again. A few month later she wrote me, that she cant keep her any longer, because her second mare was going to an education training and Sissi was alone in her stable. she got a very very bad eczema and she didnt know what to do with her. So all I want was to bring Sissi home again. To my home, where she was born. So I brought her back to me. This little cute, absolutely beautiful mare was in a really bad state. her mane, her whole back and hindquarters were really bad inflammed. everywhere inflamed sore of skin, blood and purulence. It took many weeks till the wounds closed and the inflammations subsided. Now her hair is growing again really slowly. But she is back! At home again! And thats the most important thing! And I will never let her go again! Nevermore!

The 16y old mare that I ride almost every day, did the most amazing thing in this summer. She’s really afraid of fire, but now that she trusts me, I was able to ride her past a big burning pile of garbage. She didn’t even hesitate when I asked her to move forward. She’s so amazing (and cute) (:

Mr. XL is the gentle giant that grabs everyone’s heart. He is 23 and I have bought him over a year ago from the big city riding club where he’d worked for 12 years. Before that, he had quite a career in sports dressage. He is extremely brave and reliable, never threw anyone off, always tends to defend his damsel in the saddle and when something scares him, he always looks at it with the other eye before he decides whether to spook or not.

To return his devotion, I am doing my best to make his retirement as luxurious and pleasant as possible, so I moved him to a fancy countryside stable and treat him like a king. Sure his belly tends to hang, sure he isn’t all shiny like other horses, but in my eyes, he is the most beautiful horse in the world. He has a wise look and a clever face and our hair is the same colour, so we do catch a lot of WOWs together in the fields.

This is a picture from his B-day, he got a bread-apple-carrot cake and one where we’re trampling the city lawn.

There is one and only one thing this old fella is really scared of: horisontal traffic signs!!!! Yes, the white lines, arrows and pictographs painted on the road. He doesn’t run away from them, no, he just freezes on spot once he notices them, even if it means balancing with one leg lifted, and slowly, in terror, stretches his long, dragonlike neck towards them and rotates his head to look with the other eye. Of course he is panting while he does the investigation, just in case the white, flat, bike-shaped snake has a scent to be sniffed. Once he recognises it’s another one of “those things”, he just goes on as if nothing happened, maybe he even feels embarrassed for acting so silly.

I think it’s extremely adorable, funny and brave at the same time. Mr. XL is simply the best. Why not get him the best care he can have in the autumn of his life?

Merci mon Tao…

My horse isn’t really my horse! We have a contract with his owner, that I take care of him like three days a week. We have known with this gelding almost two years now. His name is Riesa, it means blight or something in finnish – but he really isn’t a blight at all! I love him so much and he’s so funny guy. He turned 8 years now and when he was born in 2005 he was bay. Now he’s grey or silver or something, he’s like chameleon, he changes his color once in a while. So this would be great for us if you would like to help me with this strange color-changing gelding, to get him clean :) He loves to jump and I love it too, and this Cowboy magic thing would help him to shine in competitions! He does sometimes stupid things and there’s no reason for his acting, it’s always so funny to look at him, the way he walks and stuff like that. He has a sense of humour! Last time when I was at stables with him, and I let him to run to a pasture, he rampaged and bucked. I could almost hear his happy laughing! He loves summer and likes cold winter mornings too. I just love him so much. Greetings!

Impossible to choose just one horse – so I chose them all. These are(were) the horses belonging to me, my mom and my sister. It might not be the best photo, but it shows them all and how they tend to come towards us in a gallop, then they see us – even though the pasture is VERY large.

From left it’s Hokota who’s the mother of Taura and Føllebølle and whom I have had for 12 years. When she came to us, she was very underweight and all of her ribs were showing clearly. She had just given birth to Føllebølle 14 days earlier. I didn’t want a new horse after my old pony had died, but she walked right into my heart. A very special pony, so kind and careful.

Ghazal Al Bahir the Arab whom my sister bought as a “nervous” horse, but really isn’t and have had for 2 years. I’m the “testpilot” when it comes to trying new things with him and it’s such a pleasure – he’s curious, energetic and has a mind of his own. Before my sister bought him, he had had 7 owners in 7 years, but he has now found his final home.

Marley the Shetlandspony, whom we have known for several years but my mom bought for the three of us last November. He grew up with dogs as he was rescued from slaughter by a couple who knew nothing about horses, but had several dogs. He’s still sort of like a dog – he likes to follow you around just like one.

Gamina db Siglavy Bagdady the Shagya Arabian, whom my mom has had for 29 years until she passed away in May this year and who we greatly miss. I grew up with her and in fact she was my nanny, when I was just at babay, so it’s weird that she’s not around anymore. But still on her last day me and Hokota had to trot, just to keep up with her walking! I have NEVER met a horse that could walk as fast as her and I doubt I ever will!

Føllebølle is Tauras sister and she’s the older one. She’s quite small, but that doesn’t stop her from anything. She likes working and if she finds a rider she trusts, then she will do just about anything, but if she doesn’t trust the rider, then it won’t be long until she bucks the rider off!

Then there’s Taura från Högelid – she’s the pony I ride and train each day. She’s 10 years now and really the best pony a rider could wish for – I feel like we can do anything together. It’s been hard work and especially for me, as I had to learn how to be a good rider, but Taura is very patient and forgiving and I love her for that. I tend to suffer from bad migraine and she can somehow sense when it’s approaching -then she won’t gallop and she get’s VERY careful around me. Then I’ll know that soon I’ll have to go and lay down.

If you read it all then thank you – this is just the SHORT version of ther stories :)

  • Maja Amanda Sommerseth

This WONDERFUL draft is a gentle and sweet hearted horse who does anything for his rider – and of course, we love love to spoil him silly too. Thankfully, he’s living the sweet life and in not very long he’ll get lovely company by a super cute mare. Always galloping towards you when you call him, he’s a true people “person” and as soon as you start scratching his sweet spot you can see his lip hanging down! If he could sneak up on your lap, he would, any day. He really deserves another excuse to simply spoil him with love and care, his mane is long and needs its maintenance and during the summer, his adorable white socks turn green so anything that might help would be out of this world fantastic!

  • De Lavalette

Let me introduce you to Russell. Both of us were injured in 2012 and don’t get to see each other very often. I’m trying to recuperate and still have to go the office every day. He’s in a lovely Rehab center in the Normandie region of France. When I get to visit we have a wonderful time. I brush and brush and brush him and he gives me big horse hugs and kisses in return. The last time I was there for a visit, he discovered that he could see himself in my iPad! Too funny. He spent almost 10 minutes looking at his reflection (or that other good looking horse in the mirror!) and keeping eye contact with the iPad. It was great fun. With luck, he’ll be back with me this year and I look forward to working with him and taking care of him full time.

I bought my Icelandic Mare, Mánadögg, nearly 2 years ago from now. She is now my best friend in ups and downs. Also thought she sometimes has a significant but loving personality – she is defiantly a charming and curious horse. The last pair of month we have been going through a lot, she has began to get angry at other horses when she gets estrus. So therefore I need to spent money on an operation / medicine, which hopefully will stop my best friend in getting so aggressive in these periods towards other horses. She is always the first to ask for some cuddled when people is near her and would defiantly also love to get some treatment and attention with these treatments! Hope you all have some great moments with your horses!

  • Karen Taaffe Smith

This is Diamond my daughter’ first pony. She has taken my daughter from a learner rider right through to being an accomplished equestrian. She competes in showjumping classes and hunts with the local Foxhound pack bringing her rider home safe and sound each day. When she senses a beginner on her back she slows down and lifts her head to ‘help’ the unbalanced rider back into place in the saddle before she walks or trots off again. She loves to be out in the sunshine but when she wants to come in she ‘calls’ you from the field to come and get her. She always has a great welcome for you when you arrive in the yard and knows the sounds of our footsteps so she whinnys when she hears you coming. She has won a very special place in our hearts. Diamond by name and Diamond by nature. The best pony ever !

  • Maja Sundahl

This is Nairobi, a Trakehner, he was my dream horse. He was 1.81 m, but just at gentle as he was big . Last year i lost him due to Wobblerssyndrom, he also had an autoimmune disease whice we had miraculesly kept under control. He was the most sweet horse I’ve ever meet. When ever i would be upset he would rest his head on my shoulder, his way of comforting me. Due his Wobblersyndrom, he was a bit Goofy, he used to slip on leg and then get scared becaused he didn’t know what had happened, this was before he was diagnosed. The most gentle and loving horse, he loved everyone no matter what you put him through. R.I.P my boy <3

This is josje, a filly fjords. Her mother is Stijntje, she is a very good parent for her child and protect her if necessary. But she’s never bad to people, she just let it as Josje touched.
Josje is truly a great treasure, they learn everything very quickly, such as walking beside you. I am proud of Josje and Stijntje!

  • Nina Krieger Boll

I got this beautiful little shetland filly 3,5 months ago. She was in a poor mental condition after being treated by ignorant people at the former owners. She was only about 12 months old when I got her. She was scared and confused and assumed the worst from us twolegged people. Everyday I went out to her in the pasture and sat there trying to convince that I was not going to treat her like she was used to. She would come and stand about 3-4 feet from me and look at me with an eye on the nearest way out. If I tried to put the lead on her, she would panic and run. I was about to give up, I had tried everything I knew and methods I’d only read about to get her to trust me. Then one day, she just came up to me and started cuddling me. She had finally figured out that she was safe, that noone was going to be mean to her and that I was one to be trusted. She has a heart of gold, but she doesn’t give it away easily. You need to earn it!!

She deserves the best treatment ever and with a mane and tail like hers, she is in dire need for a hairy makeover. She is now 15 months old and is going forward with the speed of light. Please make Gwis the winner of this awesome Give-Away!! She deserves it!!

  • Frida Olsson

This is my knabstrup horse Sunshine, she is 4 years old and a real joker! She plays with everything and everyone. She should win because she deserves the best treatment in the world! :D

A few years ago when I was a little girl, I rode one Welsh Mountain pony named Lanners Emily Rose. She was pregnant this winter (2012-2013), and I started thinking. Owning a handsome stallion of this great breed and the next generation of such a wonderful learning pony can just be awesome. I told her what I wanted, I wanted a beautiful stallion. The sweetest stallion was born in late May.

His name is Emily’s Rosemont. I’ll raise him to be a gentleman, and hopefully be a beautiful and clever stallion with time. About three years from now, I think he’s going to be a stunning stallion! A super kids pony, and a pro pony for driving! It’s hard for me to have a horse now, since I have to move away to study. But I will be working every weekend to afford this expensive lifestyle. I’ll make it! He means too much to me, and it’s nice with a psychologist who lives in the stable. For me it would be fine with some beauty products I can spoil him away with since I do not have very much money for such. And of course I would have shared them with his mother who gave me what I wished for <3

  • Rikke Wordenskjold Sværke

Apollo is my first horse when I got him, he was thin and in need of a loving home and a lot of care, he had both lice and muk, since I do not have that much money, it could really be great to win this prize, then I treat him any more.
Despite Apollo is a boy, he is very afraid of butterflies, he is also afraid of the sound of his own farts, he’s actually scared of almost everything, but in spite of that, I love him incredibly loud and I want to give him the best!

  • Agnes Krebs

Stello is my everything! He’s a 18 year old gelding, but still young in mind! He had a tough start in life and the people who first rode him wasn’t kind at all. Then he was shipped to Sweden which must have been a horrible experience for a already “broken” horse. He’s still very insecure and sometimes even frightened in some situations, like water and confined spaces. I guess you could call him “claustrofobic”. I want to win because I want to give him the best experience of taking a bath that I can ever give him, with quality products that will make him shine like the character he is, make his fur soft and clean and also last longer! Even though he’s scared of water and being trapped I trust him and he trust me and I’m confident that every time will make the next better. In short – My horse really, really needs a bath!! Greetings, Agnes & Stello

These pics are of my good old horse Exemplar. He might not look like much, standing in the pastures, just being a brown old horse. But that’s were people are truly misstaken. Exemplar is 25 years old now and we’ve spent the last 9 years together. He can do anything; he started off as a jumping horse, then did some dressage and since 12 years back he’s a western horse. He’s done both western trail, western horsemanship, ranch trail, reining and versatile horse in the western discipline. He’s also done tourneys and joustings at a theatre play for 3-4 months and mounted shooting.
But what I think is the best with this horse is his wits. He’s smart and has to have two locks on his door with the window closed or else he’ll become Houdini and get out. Sometimes we ride up on a mountain to look out over the valley and the paths up there changes every winter. One year when we went up in the spring, I couldn’t find the path to our vantage-point, we climbed up and down and everywhere. After a good while I gave up. I gave him loose reins and let him climb back and thought he’d find his way home. But instead of turning back to the path leading home, he went to opposite way. I let him go because he was very determined, climbing up and down rocks and over trees. After a while, he stepped up onto our vantage-point, stopped and rested one of his back legs.
Exemplar is a very special horse with many stories through his life. I think he deserves some good health products. :)

My horse is the most bravest, funniest and shiny’st of all! Everywhere i take him, he follow’s , i dont care where to! if thats an cross, beach, forrest, swimming. There is nothing he woudn’t do for me. Swimming, he was so scared, but he is so trustfull! And when i say “we can do this” – he follow’s , and we do it. Simply, no, it’s an long way of learning from eachother, never let hem do anything he really can’t. What i love the most about him is that he is zo brave! I was scared, but told him to go, jumping an picknicktable (third picture) I was nervous, sweating , dry troath, and what do you think? He jumps, without any fear. Now i’m never scared again, i gain his trust, and opposite. Why i want to win? Cowboy magic is amazing! Its the only stuff that works on him, to make him really shiney! Vote for my best friend! thanks!

This is my beauty. He is always happy and super surprised to see me when i walk over to him with an goodie.
No matter how sad i am, he can always make me glad by making that face. He is my best friend and he deserves to look good, more than he already does ;-)
I am from Denmark, so i apologized for my bad english gramma :-)) hope you understood my love to my horse, Amadeus.

Below you see my best buddy, who I can not describe in words but offcourse I will give it a try. Buck is a sweet mini Shetland pony and is 80cm high, small in size but big in character. He is not just a Shetland pony but a trained sports horse in a small package. Because off my arthritis it is not possible for me to ride a big horse. I have this little pony and he walks in front of the cart, he really does everything for me he would walk through the fire for me if he had to ! In 2012 and 2013 we had a four day competition and he was smallest participant! A victory, this is 4 days 25KM per day on unpaved terrain with large hills and loose sand paths. He also supervised children who put their first steps on the horse thinking of children from three to four years, he will never put a step wrong. Beyond this he does many other things as bring Sinterklaas to the entry of the city, swimming, freedom dressage, walk along the bike. Nothing is too crazy for him he will remember it and he will do it. It’s a big softy who in his spare time likes to spend time with his big buddies in the pasture. Overall a buddy for life that anyone could wish for! Because he is always there for me in good and bad times, I had a drawing of his horseshoe drawn at a tattoo shop and have it tattooed with the text on my leg ‘best friend’ so he is always with me! Even though he is small but he deserved the same treatment as any other big horse! He is groomed daily and Cowboy Magic can not be missed in his grooming kit !! I love it.

This is Polo, our gorgeous 13.2hh flea bitten grey (almost white) pony. We have owned him for 2 1/2yrs. He is an absolute super star and has taught my daughter to jump from nervous cross poles up to 1m and also XC. He is an absolute pleasure to own, along with our 3 other ponies/horses. Polo especially deserves a treat as he has sadly had to retire after an accident in the field. He will be living out the rest of his days with us being pampered and loved. He is one of a kind, an absolute gentleman always looking after his rider in any situation. And now with lots of lazy days in the field, this white pony needs as much pampering as possible, he’s currently a cross between green and yellow!!

6 months this swedish baby boy had to stand absolutely still. Now 9 months after his bad injury he is back on track again. Slowly we are walking the woods again. He has bravely let us treat his injured leg without anger. He really deserves to get spoiled as a tribute to his patience this long year.

This is Aladin, he is a 10year old gelding and I got him about a year ago. Once I saw him I liked him and riding him the first time just felt right in every possible way. I almost instantly knew that he was “the one” for me. And I was right. He brought an amount of joy with him that makes everything easier. Whenever I’m in a bad mood, after visiting him it is gone, completely.
He just recovered from a colic, which put him to the clinic for 5 days. When the call came, that he was sick…Never in my life I was that scared, I cried and hoped that he would get trough it. I stayed awake the whole night because I couldn’t sleep until I talked to the vet in the morning.
We started training again little more than one week ago, and he is doing really really great, so I am confidently looking forward to our first competition in a few weeks. It will be my first jumping-competition, which is only possible because of him. Not even half a year ago I was too scared to jump over the smallest things, but he taught me how much fun jumping can be. It is amazing when we jump, and he has so much fun. I trust him to keep me safe, and I am sure he will do the best he can, he always does.
Aladin is the most amazing horse I know and he deserves as much love and care as possible, also he deserves to shine on the outside, just like he does on the inside so everyone can see at first glance, that I am the luckiest girl in the world, for having such an amazing friend with that horse.

This is my horse, Akord. He is a warm-hearted giant. I bought him three years ago, he was afraid and uncertain.
There was little riding in the beginning because he was so afraid of what the rider could do with him, he’s had a tough life.
I spent all my time on the ground, working to gain his trust.

Slowly, quietly, we were linked, I have been close to giving up too many times, thinking that I’ve got water over my head.
But I have never been able to let go of him, there’s something about him that makes me love him unconditionally.
And after many years of hard work, blood and tears. Have we finally succeeded.
I trust Akord now, and I can not wait to see how far we can go. He has evolved to become my dream horse.

Akord love it to be brushed and scratched, and fall almost asleep when he gets his beauty care.
having some great products to use on him, will please both him and me.

This is my boy Henry. in 2010 after losing my once in a lifetime mare, we found this little guy. Shy at first he soon came out of his shell, he’s so full of personality, always makes sure everyone knows he’s around (!) and constantly has love to share. Henry’s always up for cuddles, often wrapping his neck around me for attention or putting his chin on my shoulder if I’m talking to someone outside his stable. He calls back when i call his name, and tells me all about his day, complaining and stamping his feet occasionally if we haven’t had a ‘chat’ in a while. He’s recently learnt how to drink apple juice out of a plastic cup, and eat off a spoon. He will literally do anything for food, including letting himself out of the stable and into the feed room if he isn’t fed on time..or even escaping his stable at a horse show and eating all the other competitors feed for the weekend… I don’t know where i would be without him now, my little fireball of energy.

This is doc a 22 year old quarter horse gelding. He is the best horse I have ever had as I can trust him with my life. He has never put a foot wrong. I do everything with him, I round up cattle bareback with only using a holder and lead rope, I do cross country on him, He does show jump 1.10 with me with ease, I barrel race and camp draft on him. He is the most lovely horse and always tries his best. Doc will always run up to you in the paddock and always loves to give you hugs. Doc is really amazing and words can’t describe how much he is loved. :)

I lost him once and i will never going to lose him again!
    This funny
looking boy is my best friend, my meaning to live. I have been there for
him when he was a little foal and i was a little girl back then. We did
everything together when ever i was at our cottage. He lived next to
our cottagge so that makse sense. He’s name is Sea Runner, but i called
him ”Boy” back then. We ran in the field together and he followed me
everywhere even without a rope or halter. He was alaways looking at me
with his big brown eyes and telling me something. Something i didnt
understand. But now i try to understand him the best i can. I bought Boy
about a half and a year ago and started to train him. I broke him and
then our problems started. I couldnt get the idea of his doings and he
did everything opposite i asked him to do. And i gave up hope last
winter after christmas.. I made a desicion i should have not made. He
was bought a young woman who took Boy to new home and i never herd about
him sence.. Then my interests came to me to hear what he was up to. We
went to see him and he was all covered up in mud and he had gain weight.
Hes hooves were too long and terrible looking. Fur didnt shine like it
use to.. Tears in my eyes i came to him and he left his head in my arms
closing his eyes. I was happy to see him but not in this condition. He
wasnt that bad but it felt bad beause i thought i sold him to a place
where he was happy and ridden often. But i was wrong. I took him back
and now i have to train him and broke him again maybe, and it isn’t
gonna be easy on both of us but i think i have learned my lesson and i
will not let this golden hearted horse go. He is my best friend.
    Now i
need my familys help on him like they helped me before but now even
more! We dont have the money to keep a horse but we have always figured
something out. We don’t have a saddle that is IN right now or a
bling, bling bridle but we are happy to have what we have. So money isn’t everything. We have love.

Oscar is my shetland pony. My mum found him abandoned in a field in the French mountains, bought him and saved him. Today, 5 years later he’s the most wonderful little horse. Our family mascot! Oscar has traveled from France to Sweden were he now lives. With a lot of work and me being as stubborn as he is :D We have become really close friends. I train him in pony racing. Before any competition my mum always complains that I need to brush more and that he must be shiny and look good, well I’m not very good at this ;) and in the end mum ends up showering him always complaining that his tail and legs are not white, so I think Oscar (and mum) deservs new products. Also maybe we can win the price for best groomed pony next time we race!

This is Gordon Blue, my 2-year old Irish Cob stallion, checking out the dangerous umbrella. This is probably one of the most brave things he has ever done, because normally he does very easily get frightened by unknown things. But this umbrella he just walked straight up to and put his nose on! He keeps making me surprised by his great temper – and also by his extreme reactions when he gets frightened. He’s so sensitive and very clever and a real pleasure to be close to and work with. I’m sure we have a lot of great adventures in front of us. He really enjoys to get groomed and get his hair detangled; he almost falls asleep, – so it would be very nice to win some of the great products so it’ll be more easy to deal with the great amount of hair that he has already got as a 2-year old! :)

My sweet sweet lady really deserve to have this wonderful set of products! As we were staying in previous stable and she tried to show me that she is unhappy ther, but I didn’t understand her for at least three month…. But now she is in new place and in first steps out of trailer, in new field she showed me how happy and relaxed she is in her new home! We booth are so happy that now we have sweet home feeling so we would like to be shiny also from outside not just inside in new place!
p.s. When you see horse emotions, dig deeper, what is wrong, look wide around, not just cloth what you are doing, to notice why things go wrong! Now we are relaxed and happy each time when we meet each other!!!

Here is Desperado, 5-year-old Lusitanian. Stallion not long ago, he had a strong and unhealthy character: he bit, kicked, reared and accepted nobody. From now on one year, he’s another horse; soft, quiet, confident and respectful. Never I’d have been able to believe a horse so become attached to the man. He doesn’t like going to the meadow and waits for me all day long in front of the door. When he’s taken away, I just have to whistle far off so that he comes at a gallop towards me. He puts the head on me to rest when I sit down in his box. It is a crac in training, and the best thing which I can make with him, it’s to ride him freely, at a gallop, everywhere. Without ties, without rein, without saddle. The freedom with a big L. I know him by heart as he knows me too.

    He has a golden heart.

Here is my amazing boy Connery, 7 year old Irish Cob gelding. He is my everything and we have together experienced many things when we have participated in the Gypsy Horse Show Team. He is a steady and cool horse with a touch of here I come.

I use so much time taking care of him so he always appears great. It takes me over 2 hours to prepare him before a show, and the only thing I can really get him completely clean and white is with the Cowboy Magic. Therefore it is absolutely the most important tools in my grooming box :-)

Connery is not always aware that he is white, and every time I open the trailer can I be sure that I should remove green stains and I am so grateful for Green Spot Remover HOORAY for a wonder drug!

My horse has a great personality and he loves to smile and kiss all who come to him perhaps he knows he always smells good and has nice hair :-)

I use Cowboy Magic Detangler year round to protect the long beautiful hair from breaking, it keeps dirt away from the man/tail and featherings and then get them just to look groomed out all the time.

Vote for my big boy he deserves it after all the washing he is through each year. Many thanks for your help.

This is my 3 y/o Tinkergirl, Cliona. She’s very very sociable.

One day, when the gardendoor was open, I suddenly heard some noise and bumping.

It was just Cliona, who wanted to visit and say hello to me .

She’s a very cool horse, and she gives and shows me so much love <3

She's always calling for me to come to her. Sometimes I see her just standing outside the Windows to Watch me.

I'm sure, that if she was allowed, she would lie Down in our couch as well.

Here is my horse Kirjo. It is a 21-year-old Finnish horse and we’d both be happy if it wins the Cowboy Magic products, as it is already old and has breached the foot which is why it is limping between. I love it very much and I want to take care of it as best as long as I can. He loves carrots and will do anything in front of them. It also loves the performance. Sometimes it falls asleep when the brush. Our story is just beginning. A wonderful way to what it is so that it is always hirnuu me and love me as I do it.

About three years ago, a small Shetland pony found his way to my heart. He weighed nearly 300kg, had long ugly hooves and his mane were just one big tangle. He was angry and grumpy, didn’t think anything was interesting or fun. I’d like to think he was unhappy with his situation in life, but that’s just what I think.

Today, the pony lost almost 100kg and feel better than ever! Previously, he was afraid of children, but today he loves having children around him and really does everything to make them happy. The other day, he fulfilled the dream of two little girls – they got for the first time the opportunity to ride bareback on a horse!

I believe that the pony has found his place in life and feel good about doing little girls and boys happy. The pony looks so stuck up as he gets a hug from a little girl or boy who just ridden on his back.

The girls are often troubled that his mane is so tangled, but it is hard to keep his mane free from tangles. Therefore it would be extra fun to win some amazing products that can keep his mane free from tangles and make it easier when the little girls are struggling to sort out his mane.

Missy Moo is a 6 year old and yesterday whilst I was grooming her she curled her head round into my body and we had a long cuddle, she then nudged me, looked at me, walked to the other end of her stable, lifted her back hoof and attempted to scratch her ear herself….. THEN I realized that she was asking me to scratch her ear all along! And we think WE are the clever ones eh?

Here you see my babe – Kiwi. He’s as the fruit goes – a bit sour and sweet. Kiwi turned 2 this spring and, believe me, would sell his soul for a banana if he hasn’t already.
He LIVES FOR games and playing tricks on me. From picking apples from my mouth and then making a run for it to taking the brushes in his mouth and grooming the grass. You may really say he loves to look as pretty as a princess.
To add, once this little trickster discovered our family’s potato field and made himself the gelding from Kingdom of Mud. Of course, he also didn’t forget to rub his neck against my now trash-worthy summer dress to remind that I had some serious grooming to do!

I bet this prom-queen would LOVE and squeel at the chance to be spoiled even more by such wonderful products!

My horse are my best friend, we started like two very different creatures, but now it feels like I know what she thinks, sees and hear. The kindest thing she has done is to give me her friendship! She comes to me and only me, she are there for me when I’m sad and she knows when I need her to help me! I love her and I would be very thankful for your vote, cause my little star deserve the best!

I have to go back to 2008. That dreadful year, I had to put down the love of my live. My Paintmare A Saint She Aint. An injury from 5 years before caught up with us, and there was nothing that could cure it. Being very sad, my hubby told me to go look for and buy another horse. So the search got on, but me and my list of demands didn’t make it easy :-) And I couldn’t find a horse I liked in Germany or the Netherlands. When someone posted an USA ad. for an Paint on an Dutch forum. This wasn’t the one, but it took the search to the USA. There I found an website of a breeder, and one particular horse just caught my eye. An yearling mare that just seemed to say “me me” to me. Contacted the breeder, and even with not having seen her, I bought her. They took her to the quarantine station where she had to stay for 30 days. The owner of the station kept me informed and told me that she was very insecure and difficult to catch when turned loose. And when she would get here I shouldn’t turn her out directly because of that. Then the day came that I could pick her up at Amsterdam Airport. And you have to think that it’s a big entrance hall where a lot of people where waiting on they’re horse. After a while waiting there she was, came in to the hall from the last vet-check. That little mare. She stopped just as she got in, looked around at all the people, saw me, and almost dragging her groom with her, she strait walked up to me, put her nose in my face as if to say “you are mine, I only want you”. Everybody saw it and it got very quiet in the hall. Just me wasn’t quit, I was crying my eyes out. This was my horse. And she still is, my little Paintmare Strait QT Nike. I love her with all of my heart. Cutie is now 6 and we are starting to show. So the Cowboy magic set will come in very helpful to show her of in the best way.

Baxter, my OTTB is such a sweet heart. All though he may be the slowest race horse I have ever came across, he is so good with kids. He proved that to us when he had a little girl on his back (her first time riding). A freak pop up thunderstorm came up and slammed the tack room door shut. The other two horses in the ring dumped their riders, but Baxter just jumped a little and took the girl to the fence. He even moved underneath her to prevent her from falling. Once he got to the fence, he didn’t move until someone got the girl off his back. I love my horse! We may have our ups and downs, but when it comes down to it, he has a heart of gold.

When I first bought my horse Riima, I was told she was very independent and had very little interest in people. This turned out not to be true at all, as time has gone our bond has grown stronger and stonger, and she is showing more and more of her silly and loving personality.

One night I was at the barn, nothing seemed to go my way that day. Everything was pretty much wrong and I was in a sad mood. It was raining and we had been having some issues with Riima lately. But that night she leaned her head to my lap, gave me soft horsey kisses on my cheek and the impression in her eyes was full of love. It was something I most needed at that moment and it gave me strenght to go on. I feel that is the kindest thing she has done for me.

I still feel our grooming moments are the time when I can zone out from everything else and just be a little girl who just wants to groom and pamper her horse. And Riima loves it. So we would love to have all these cool products and spend some more quality grooming time together.

Down below you can see two photos of my horse Tacora. The first photo is taken just before I bought her. As you can see she was very skinny, she also had bad hoofs and injuries all over her body since she was put together with a very agresive horse. She was scared of everything and to be touched. Every one told me I was crazy to buy her, but I fell in love with her on first site. Second photo is taken a couple of days ago more or less 1 year after I bought her. She is now the happiest and helthiest horse in my stable and just full of joy. It is amazing how a horse that have been treated like that still have so much love to give. She deserves to be spoiled every day for the rest of her life for the joy she is giving me every day. Buying her is the best desition I have ever made in my life!

This is my horse Asterix. I took him home 28 June from a riding school, If i didn’t took him home he would be gone to slaughter… This horse is more then a friend for me, he is my soulmate and make all my problems diseperade for a moment when I’m with him. I can’t describe with Words how much I love this horse with all of my heart! He is 21 years old and have so much to give and learn.

The moment I will never ever forget is when we took him home and i was taking him in to the stable – that feeling that he is my own horse. To smell his fur and just be with the horse I love is the mest moment for me. He make me laugh and smile for Everything, even if we have our ups and downs he make me really smile and Think of the good old Days. This will be his last time of Life here with me and I really hope he will stay with me a long time! We will get out sometimes and compete so it would be nice if he was Clean with Cowboy Magic exspecelly with Shine in – Greenspot Remover. We all know that White and yellow horses are the worst to get Clean when they get Dirty with mudd and so on… ;) So I hope that I will have a Clean horse! haha :)

Here is my lovely horse Beador who is 8 years old standardbred mare who decided in the age of 2 that she will be a jumping horse when she grows up by jumping cross-country fences in the pasture where she was by herself. Now she’s jumping without a fear over cross-country fences as in show jumping competitions. She’s a real heartbreaker who’s always pleasing people. In cross-country competitions she loves to jump in to the water as you see a picture below. In dressage she’s always wanting to be perfect. She likes to be good looking always when she’s going to training or to shows and Cowboy Magic would make her look extra posh. ;)

    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________

Hi this is Skylla a 6 year old Irish sports horse, as you can see Skylla likes mud. not just a little mud but a whole mud bath this can be a regular occurance if there is a mud patch in the field gaurenteed he will find it. Unfortunately he cannot be ridden due to osteoarthritis affecting his spine he also has bone spavins on his hocks but this does not stop him from having fun or being very cheeky and giving the other horses a run for their money, he loves to play tag as he knows the others wont catch him because he’s too quick. Skylla also has a very loving side where he will just simply want to be close to you and a gentle tickle down his neck it has took a long time for skylla to trust us as he had a bad start in life but now he is happy and healthy and very much loved :D

This is my Friesian horse Wietske. Wietske has not only given me a great filly but she also once saved my daughter! We went to the the woods to ride when my daughter’s pony suddenly run of. I galloped after her and when the pony jumped over a puddle my daughter fell off. I jumped off Wietske and went to take care of my daughter. I just let Wietske stand loose in the forest. At one point the pony run back down the path where I sat on the ground with my daughter who was injured. Wietske walked past us and stood in front of us to protect us .. the pony could therefore not continue on the path and run into the bushes. She got stuck between the trees and we could catch her. Then I put my daughter on Wietske and gave instructions to safely bring her home. This she did and I walked back with the pony in my hand.

Yes Wietske is a very special and sweet horse, she’s my everything <3

Hi, I’m 14 years old and I ride the appaloosa mare Madelief! She’s 16 years old and I ride her since January. We like to ride dressage, but above all we like to jump! In June we started some dressage competitions and now we’re preparing for some other competitions. We just found out one problem! Madelief is white with brown spots and she like to roll in her box. So every time I ride her, she’s not very clean. For training that isn’t a problem, but for the competitions it is! We haven’t find the perfect solution yet, so maybe the products of cowboy magic are..! :)

Gandhi – The little horse with angel wings.

Gandhi lives in Denmark – and for me, he is the sweetest, friendliest and toughest little horse.
With so much willpower and survival in him, then he should have been a much, much bigger horse..

Gandhi was born in May 2012 – The mother is an Ardennes and the dad an Irish Cop. Normally he would be born with a weight of about 65 kg and approximately 95 cm in height.

But Gandhi had a twin inside the womb who, however, was dead.. and Gandhi came out small and weak – just 19 kg. and 70 cm. His little legs were soft and crooked – he could not stand on his own.. The vet helped him get colostrum and then said to me: “Now the next day will show whether he has the will to live”.. Hard odds for such a little foal.

But Gandhi did live through the next day and the day after.. And still does..

In the first week I had to hold him and help him to suckle – because he did not have the strength to even do that. I had to milk mother and give it to Gandhi in a bottle when he got too tired. But he fought and when he was 6 days old, he could do it by himself..

He had to undergo major surgery when he was only 4 weeks old beacause he had a large hernia.
When he was 8 weeks, he had to go through another surgery due to a haematoma.

He has struggled through diarrheas and frontlegs that were close to forming club foot so he had to a visit by a blacksmith every 14 day for 4 months, yes there is many stories..

But each time, Gandhi fought his way through.. Always sweet and accommodating to the people who came and had to help him – vets, blacksmiths, and I as the owner had to inject him with penicillin many times to fight infections.

Gandhi is curious and loving.. He follows me like a dog, walks with me everywhere. He has figured out that I will always do everything to help him out of trouble – So Gandhi fear nothing.. Except for plastic bags!

Gandhi is something very special.. made of a substance which may be called courage and lifeforce, He has the most beautiful angel wings on his backside – they have probably helped him through many of his fights..

    • Berit Elkjær Hougaard

Gandhi humbly thanks everyone for voting and Horze for the competetion

Maybe his beautiful anglewings carried him once more.

    Hi,
I want to tell you about our stable horse Atēna. She is 7 years old and 158 cm high but for her small height she’s quite a jumper. Just like the Greek goddess Athena, she embodies her courage, visdom and strenght.
I started to ride her few years ago when she was “green” and didn’t know much about responding to rider. But now, years have past, and she has learned almost everything that a horse should know. I have never met a similar horse, because Atēna is so determinated to do everything perfect. She combaines her speed with exaitment to jump. Together we have no fear to jump fences that, I must say, is quite high for her. (Our personal best is 1.60m).
We have been to some competitions and the best thing about her is that she nevar shows fear. You can best see that when a yonger rider is on her, just like she’s saying “everything is going to be ok, I’ll get you through this course”. That incourages the young rider and he starts to believe in him/herself. But this thing doesn’t work on experienced riders, ’cause Atēna is smart, she checks you out and desides wheater your good enough. For her it’s work from the beginning till the end of the training, and she exepts no mistakes in the way. After the job is done, then, yes, comes the cuddling part when she picks you for treats or wants you to groome her all over again. Because I know in her heart she feels like a champion and she wishes to look and act like one.
Thats our story. We wish the Horze team and every rider in the world to never give up on dreams and make out the best of them!
Best regards, Riding Club “Victoria”, Latvia.

    Hi all,
My little pony Graze, born at my farm April 17th 2008, is a winner.
Not only in the show ring, but just all in all one of the best and brightest horses I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.

When she was just about a year old, I was stumbling out of the stable, falling. I was thinking: SHOOT, I’ll fall into her and probably get kicked! But no! Graze leaned in on me and caught me. I didn’t get hurt at all, didn’t even touch the ground!

In the show ring, she has been a winner all along. She was a premium foal, and again as a 2 year old mare. As a 3 year old, she was mare of the day (and later mare of the year) and invited to the elite show in Germany. My little pony from Denmark!
I wasn’t even sure we would go. Such a long trip and I didn’t quite know what we would be doing and all. But we went. Down there I was just hoping we wouldn’t be placed last! With all these German bred mares, I was sure we wouldn’t stand a chance. But Graze did it again! She won the elite show for German riding ponies. I couldn’t believe it! And I’m not sure I do today either… The year after that, she passed her riding test and now she’s out there, with her 13 years old rider, competing in dressage. Soon they will be competing in jumping and Pony Games as well.
I couldn’t be more proud of my little Graze.

With her white legs, big blaze and almost white main and tail, she can be such a pain in the BIP to shine for the shows. With the
help of Cowboy Magic, it will be SO much easier to spoil this young lady and her wonderful young rider.

Please help by voting for Graze, the amazing pony, who takes away the heart of all who meet her.
